Returns
We will be happy to accept returns of merchandise that you are unsatisfied with. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
 
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
 
      1) Items must be returned with the Invoice and a statement
       clearly stating the reason for return.
      2) All items must be returned in original packaging (no partial
       strands or packages).
      3) All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
      4) Volume prices received will be adjusted for returns in the credit.
      5) Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
 
Please insure and keep your receipt for the insurance of any returns. Should the package be lost or damaged in shipping, we are not responsible. You will need your insurance receipt to file for the damage.
 
Shipping Information
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of being received. However, in volume times, it may take us 2-3 days to ship. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
 
We ship via FedEx. The shipping & handling rate is based upon order totals which is calculated at the time of check out. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
